How should I store my Northern Monk beers?

To maintain the freshest flavor profile, we recommend storing all our beers in a cool, dark place, preferably a refrigerator. Our hop-forward IPAs are best enjoyed as fresh as possible.

Where do you ship your products?

Currently, we offer nationwide shipping across the UK. Please note that some remote areas may incur additional delivery charges and longer transit times.

What is the shelf life of your beers?

Each can is marked with a 'Best Before' date. While most of our stouts can age gracefully, we recommend drinking our hazy IPAs and pale ales within 4-6 months of the canning date for the best experience.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Yes, once your order is dispatched from our brewery, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link from our courier partner.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your cans arrive damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Do you offer any vegan or gluten-free options?

The majority of our core range is vegan-friendly. We clearly label any beers containing lactose or other allergens on the product page and the physical can.
