At Northern Monk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-food items or damaged goods. If your beer arrives compromised or you are unhappy with your merchandise, please follow our simple return process within 14 days of delivery.

If returning merchandise or unopened shelf-stable items, ensure they are packed securely in their original packaging to prevent transit damage.
