Our next release with Sandwich King leans into the zesty, citrus flavours of our favourite West Coast-style IPAs, dialled up with tangerine for an extra fruity bounce.Ā
Building onĀ aĀ lightĀ base of Extra Pale andĀ Caramel MaltĀ with a hint of someĀ biscuityĀ Vienna,Ā weāveĀ hopped heavilyĀ into the kettleĀ withĀ superĀ resinous Centennial,Ā adding a moreish depth ofĀ marmalade pithiness.Ā For theĀ later additionsĀ weāveĀ opted forĀ El Dorado,Ā which leans into the freshly squeezed brightness of grapefruit, backed up with more Centennial which delivers more floral top notesĀ when added later.Ā
